1. Before you become a SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member you should have completed the application form for a membership, you also accept all the rules and regulations which applicable to members.
2. Supermatch will provide the information of a person who meets the requirement to the SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member. Supermatch is responsible for the service of matching and communication between members, but it is not responsible for the fees and supplementary work during the meet-up of the members. Supermatch may provide assistance to certain extent, but it is not compulsory for Supermatch to do so.
3. Supermatch will seek for a suitable match who meets the requirement of Supermatch Member, Supermatch Member will decide whether he wants to meet up with the person. Supermatch will arrange the meet-up if Supermatch Member agrees to see the person. Once the meet-up is settled, it will be counted for one service. A SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member can have some free services of such meet-up(as details below). After that start from the next meet-up, Supermatch Member need to pay a service charge for every meet-up(as details below).
4. SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING members enjoy more priority than normal members for all activities provided by Supermatch. Supermatch will decide the degree of priority offered to Supermatch Member in the relevant activities.
5. SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING members enjoy a life membership, unless the SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member decides to terminate his/her membership permanently.
6. A SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member needs to pay a membership fee as below (There will be other fees for some selective services)
7. If a SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member requests to terminate the membership, all fees paid-off are non-refundable.
8. If any of the following occurs, a SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING membership will be terminated and all fees paid-off are non-refundable.
- a) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member hides his/her real identity, offers fake certificate of his/her marital status, educational level and personal asset.
- b) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member covers any serious criminal record or physical disability and related record.
- c) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member encounters fatal changes after becoming a member of the club, for instance, his/her legal and civic rights has been removed by law.
- d) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member uses service offered by Supermatch to transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including pornography), or commits illegal commercial activities.
- e) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member writes articles or letters with offensive language, or transmits pornographic materials.
- f) The SUPERMATCH MATCH-MAKING member did not provide personal identification or certificate of marital status, educational level within the prescribed time.
9. Supermatch is not responsible for the following:
- a) The registered data are completely provided by the members, the company should not be responsible if any unpredictable or damaging consequence occurs due to certain false data. In this case the relevant party shall bear any direct or indirect responsibility which is governed by the local law.
- b) The club will not bear any responsibility if any mental and/or physiological and/or economical damage occurs due to the communication within all members through the club activities.
- c) With acceptance to this agreement, you show that you understand that there might be false information in other members’ personal data and identity, and you are willing to bear individual responsibility for any consequence of your own behavior and activity.
- d) Certain data of some members may be lost or the service may be terminated due to some unexpected or incontrollable reasons (including system maintenance and upgrading). Our company is not necessary to compensate for the loss and bear any legal responsibility.
- e) If there is any unexpected behavior involved during the meet-up of Supermatch Member and the dating party, it will be their individual behavior and Supermatch Member and the dating party should be responsible for all the legal responsibility, Supermatch is not responsible for this.
10. Supermatch has the right to amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Any change about fee structure will not affect the customers who have paid off. All fees are non-returnable, unless under the situation that the club terminates a certain service voluntarily, the club will provide compensation to relevant members.
11. Supermatch respects the confidentiality of all members’ information. It has the right to make advertisements of all registered members, as well as to transfer part or all members’ information to a third party. 12. The ownership and copyright of Supermatch Pte. Ltd. belongs to the club and its company. Once you complete the registration process, you acknowledge that you accept all the terms and conditions described above applicable to your use of our service provided by Supermatch Pte. Ltd..
13. After both parties sign for this Agreement, both parties acknowledge that they accept all the content within the Agreement. Both parties should solve a problem based on the actual situation when they could not find any reference inside this Agreement. The interceder of this Agreement is Singapore legal interceder, and this Agreement is governed by the lawful authority of the Republic of Singapore.
14. Supermatch Member must pay Supermatch Member the HongBao fee(not less than S$500) within one week of success of matching(marriage registeration).If two sides are both Supermatch members, HongBao fee is at least S$1000; If only one side is Supermatch member, however the other side is introduced by Supermatch indirectly, the member must pay HongBao fee at least S$800. Late or no payment will be punished to pay Supermatch Pte. Ltd. twice of the HongBao fee and Supermatch can take actions on
Supermatch Member.
15.Supermatch Member must confirm that the information he/she provides is true and correct.
